What a handling request needs, at least 24 hours ahead.
A handling request is the operator's advance notice of a flight. It carries the request for prior permission, so it goes in at least 24 hours before arrival. Requests with less notice are taken when the team can confirm them: call Operations on 01632 960400.
Not needed: Passport details. The request does not ask for them, so do not send them.
