Ashlow station is just south of the town centre, on the line towards London, and a taxi from the station follows the same road. Helicopters arrive on the apron beside the terminal. The car park is beside the terminal.

By car

  1. From Ashlow town centre, follow the signs for the airport.
  2. The signs lead to Aerodrome Road.
  3. Aerodrome Road leads to the terminal door. Cars stop there.
  4. The car park is beside the terminal. Book a space with the handling request.

From the station

  1. Ashlow station is just south of the town centre.
  2. A taxi or a car with a driver, booked through handling, collects you from the station.
  3. It follows the same road to the terminal door.

By helicopter

  1. The operator asks for prior permission with the handling request.
  2. The helicopter arrives on the apron beside the terminal.

By car: to the terminal door, and the car park beside it

Cars come to the terminal door. With notice, and once security checks are done, a car can be escorted airside to the aircraft. A secure car park for travelling passengers is booked with the handling request, and it has electric vehicle chargers.

For chauffeurs: If the car is to go airside, the passenger tells the team in the handling request, and the team escorts it once security checks are done.

By train: Ashlow station, then a car booked through handling

Ashlow station has trains towards London. From the station, taxis and cars with drivers are booked through handling. Put it in the handling request, with the train you are on.

By helicopter: with prior permission, like any other movement

Helicopter transfers can arrive with prior permission, like any other movement. The operator asks for it with the handling request, at least 24 hours before arrival.
